Yes, Jade's a great name, isn't it? I didn't even know why my heroine's name was Jade - except that it felt right - until I was almost finished the story. She has a conversation with her dad and he comments about the significance of her name: that jade is beautiful, precious, and strong. And suddenly it all made sense.
