I’m blogging over at Hooked on Romance! Come visit me!

So I guess Tom Hanks received an award a couple of nights ago and Julia Roberts spoke at this ceremony for Tom.

And really said a mouthful.

Lots of f-bombs, talking a bit out of her ass, like maybe she had a few too many to drink. We’ve all been there right? We’ve all said things we immediately regret. Or maybe not quite immediately but like the next day or the next week we remember and think, “Oh man why did I say THAT?”

Mine is lame. Years ago at a bar with lots of people from work. I’m with a male friend and we all know he’s screwing around with some chick on the side who’s married. I am now crazy drunk and I start kissing him on the cheek and asking him how she was. I kept asking him that, “How is she?” He knew what I was talking about. I was making a damn fool of myself. I said other stuff I can’t remember, it was a long time ago. Ultimately I pissed him off.

He called me out on it at work that following Monday and we got in a huge email war! Yeah it was crazy! But then he said he forgave me (LMAO) and we were over it. I love that guy. He quit that job, went on to be a police officer and we even caught him on an episode of Cops! (as a cop, not a criminal). But that’s beside the point.

So watch this video of Julia just kinda going off about Tom. About how great and not so great he is. Listen to her talking about peeing, and dropping f-bombs and Tom’s wife’s tits. Oh yeah. It makes me like Julia more. It makes her real.

Ever drop a few f-bombs when you shouldn’t have? Say things or do things you regret while drunk? Ha ha ha ha, I know everyone has a story like THAT.

My head is full of stuff this morning.  Lots of weirdly random stuff.  Some good; some not so great.  Mother’s Day is coming up and to be honest, it’s not a favorite holiday of mine.

I could really use a pick me up today sooooooooo I’m going to email three people and tell them how Full of Awesome they are.  I hope you’ll join me.  Go email someone random that maybe you don’t touch base with enough or maybe even someone you’ve admired from afar and tell them how full of awesome they are.  Or just post it below.

I’m emailing Candace Havens and Limecello–and anyone else I can think of.
