I have had a time where I was eager to get to finishing up a plotline and stuck *insert sex here* in my manuscript... which my editor quite enjoyed... I do feel pressure to deviate... to not write a scene I feel I have already written a dozen times. But I think that pressure can be turned to a positive... However, that said... I need to spend more time on research. I really do. I don’t get sick of it from either perspective.
