I damaged my achilles tendons a few years back and while they're better now, they still aren't what they used to be. I can wear chunky heels that are a couple inches, but not much more than that. It squares up the back of our leg to imitate a guys bulgy muscle. Not that that isn't hot but I thought it was kind of funny and sciency. It mentioned something about shoulder pads and rouge as well being like the structure of a guy too but blah blah blah Cliff Clayven....yawn I have to confess i do like heels but I like them in ass kickers.
