Good Girls Vs. Bad Girls

good-girls-vs-bad-girls

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately – good girls vs. bad girls. What started it was the fun workshop I went to at the RT convention back in April. I believe it was entitled “How to Write a Bad Girl” with Sasha White and Vivi Anna. It was interesting to see the different ways these two wonderful authors approach their bad girl heroines (Sasha’s points were internal where Vivi Anna’s were external) and while I listened to them I realized…

I’ve never really written a :badgirl:

Oh, I’ve written a few with bad girl tendencies. My heroine Jenny from my latest release Covet is probably the baddest girl I’ve written. She’s a tad selfish and a little rebellious but not a full out bad girl.

So now I want to write a bad girl. Just an all out, naughty bad girl who doesn’t give a shit about what she does or who she hurts until she meets the hero. And then they have outrageous, mind blowing sex and she’s ready to reform her bad girl ways all for the love (or lust or like or whatever) of a good man.

I think it would be fun. To write a heroine who is just so damn bad, who has a :fu: attitude. I like to read about bad girls, so I’m sure I’ll enjoy writing one too.

Tell me what you prefer to write or read. Good girls or bad girls?

Late to the party! Dude where have you been?
